Dr. Jason E. Chen

Jason E. Chen, DMD, MS received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Johns Hopkins University and graduated from dental school at Boston University. Subsequently, Dr. Chen completed an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) at Boston Medical Center. Currently, he holds an appointment as a Research Fellow in the Department of OMFS at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he is involved with projects investigating nerve repair, oral pathology, bone tissue engineering, and the temporomandibular joint. Dr. Chen’s clinical practice is focused on dentoalveolar surgery, including extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, socket preservation, oral biopsies, and management of odontogenic infection. He leverages his surgical experience and background in research to provide the most innovative and optimal care possible.
