Orthodontist Dr. Izzi is a highly trained dental specialist dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles through advanced orthodontic care. His journey in dentistry began in Boston, where he spent more than ten years completing his education and specialty training.

Dr. Izzi earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College before receiving his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University, where he was recognized with a merit scholarship for academic excellence. Driven by a passion for orthodontics, Dr. Izzi continued his education at Boston University, completing two years of advanced study in orthodontics and craniofacial orthopedics.

Advanced Orthodontic Training and Techniques

During his time at Boston University, Dr. Izzi trained under Dr. Anthony Gianelly, a world-renowned lecturer, author of multiple orthodontic textbooks, and the founder of the bi-dimensional orthodontic technique. This mentorship played a significant role in shaping Dr. Izzi’s clinical philosophy.

Today, Dr. Izzi practices the bi-dimensional technique along with several modern orthodontic methods, allowing him to provide efficient, precise, and personalized treatment plans. As an experienced orthodontist, his goal is to achieve optimal results while minimizing treatment time and maximizing patient comfort.

After completing his education, Dr. Izzi returned to Rhode Island, where he opened two orthodontic practices in the communities where he and his family grew up.
